When’s the next chapter ?

No ads and smooth graphics and good interior design

Stuck on level 495!!

Love the game, really good fun, good storyline etc - but how can I complete level 495 with no boosters in only ten moves? Is it possible or do I need to delete the game and start afresh?

Not good

Keeps having a black screen

Unhelpful support and glitching

The episode reset constantly and all your progress is lost. I contacted customer support and all they said is that they already know this happens and “regret” my gameplay “wasn’t smoother”. No apology, no remedy. Deleting the app immediately, not worth your time if your gameplay isn’t worth it to the team.

Glitch

Game keeps glitching and sending me back to the start of the episode, but still at further levels, and the stars are not given back to me. Starting to really annoy me now.

Impossible level!

Oh how I wish I could give this excellent game five stars, but alas like so many before it you developers think it’s fun to put in I possible levels for some unknown reason. Which, unless you have money galore to throw at the game, or the luck of the gods you will never in a million years beat. I’m stuck on one such level, 89, in a game I so far have been really enjoying, but now look like I’ll be deleting as I can get no further. If you must insist in putting in these ridiculous impossible level at least give us some chance of beating them, right now even with bonuses this level is pretty much impossible. Way too much to do with way to few moves, which even for a super hard level is crazy. So, sad as it is 8 can either carry on replaying this one level over and over again for pretty much ever, or, with great regret for another potentially great game ruined by its developers delete it. It’s a no brainier really, game deleted thanks to it’s crazy developers!

Doesn’t appear to work it loads a start screen

But then doesn’t play for the iPhone 6 iOS 12.5.6 could you please fix this problem so I can actually play this game please The loading screen has 2 people sitting at a table outside a cafe and a cat Your website for support isn’t in English so I can’t access any help for this please help I tried to delete it and then reload it but didn’t seem to make any difference
