Service is good but app needs to show how far away the driver is. Currently there’s no way of knowing if he’s 2 or 10 minutes away other than messaging, which is pretty dumb - why not just have it like Uber so I can see where he is
Very professional and safe drive
I have been using Zofeur for a few months now. In Abu Dhabi, they arrive 30 minutes and sometimes one hour after the scheduled time, even when you schedule in advance. The driver quality is also a hit or miss. Some are good and some don’t know any directions or locations.
He is professional, careful and attentive while driving.

I would say that is really good service . Bcoz its my first time to book a safe driver and the costumer service is very helpful and driver is very good. Definitely i will recommended it to my friends. Im so happy with the service😊😊

Wouldn’t use again. Time given was 10-20 minutes but it didn’t turn up and the money was still taken from my account.
I used Zofeur to reach home after a party and i must say the service was Exceptional. The driver was Punctual and very professional. Even the booking was seamless. One must have this app and use this service.
Great idea but the drivers can hardly speak either English or Arabic. In one instance, the driver had to wait 30 mins for his pick up from his accommodation. Al Reef Villas is now out of their service area unfortunately
