Man kann nur 25 Belege am Tag Autoscannen, danach bucht man ein Vertrag für monatlich 27€ und kann immer noch keine weiteren Autoscans machen muss erst 24 stunden warten bis man wieder 25 autoscans machen kann, dann kann sich nicht löschen oder kündigen tausende Seiten öffnen sich, keine vom support geht rann, ich versuche seit gestern abend mein Profil und mein Abonnement zu kündigen und komme nicht weiter, hätte ich bloß die Finger davon gelassen!
Solides Toom
Nutze es erst einen Monat über die Firma aber finde es sehr übersichtlich und einfach gestaltet. Tolle usability, muss man natürlich langfristig bewerten aber der erste Eindrick wirkt sehr gut!👍🏼
Great expense app
Fantastic app. Makes managing expenses in an SME so much more efficient. All the relevant features included to capture expenses instantly, process, approve, reimburse employees and account and tax process them properly.

Overview
After two years of use. It’s a great little app if you keep on top of it. Easy to use once set up. However, there are two drawbacks. I live in the USA so would love it to be able to deal with dollars without converting to GBP. Which everyone else uses. By the time I submit the monthly reports big changes between the two currencies may of occurred. Second the capture of the receipt, takes two or three attempts to be in focus. Otherwise a fine way to capture expenses.
Life changer
I used to hate doing expense reports, so my husband ended up doing them. Now I’m having fun taking pictures of receipts and even manually entering info, because it’s so much easier than what we were doing before. So I’m sure it’s been a life changer for my husband, because I’m willingly helping him now!
It’s not easy to use the app at all
There are settings and from there it’s nothing easily to find to upload the expenses for the food and espeqcilly for gas
Have difficulty still to upload the expenses for gas and mileage and also for every day meal
Out of date
Really wish the app was updated with more modern UI like some of the other Zoho apps. This one is falling behind.
ZOHO Expense
ZOHO CRM is not great, but ZOHO Expense app is fire.

Deleted 2 years of expenses
They deleted my whole account. I don’t have any of my records now for the past 2 years. They claimed they reached out to verify but I don’t have any record of this. Keep your info safe, use a different app
