I would do more stars but the game won’t let me surpass level 7 :/ please fix this

Don’t be fooled, it looks like fun, but I can’t even go past level 4. All I can do is feed the animals every few weeks and walk around until I’ve found a random item to buy cos I can’t do anything, and I mean ANYTHING. It’s a waste of time to get this game cos you’ll be unable to level up after a while. The last update was “bug fixes” EIGHT MONTHS AGO. It’s a shame cos it looks way more fun than it actually is.

Although people say ‘’it’s 1 star because I’m stuck on level 2 or I’m stuck on level seven I think its amazing

went to buy more cash and it said £2.99 however £14.99 came out of my bank! Have tried to contact the people of the game to get a refund and haven’t heard anything! Developers are taking NO responsibility due to this fault in the game and are trying to blame the player. Still have not received a refund. Absolutely disgusted if I’m honest.

it’s a good game but my character is too slow. I love how the animals look and the graphics are good.

Got to level 6 and it just keeps collecting xp it won’t go to level 7 and higher so can’t unlock new stuff

I just want you to know that not all the things are free.you have to pay money to get past level seven.

Can’t reach level 5, and I can’t upgrade till I reach level 5. So frustrating

I love the idea of the game and love the little interactive parts like cleaning up the zoo, feeding the animals however, it won’t let me progress past lvl 2, characters are base with no modifications whatsoever. I’ve done two videos now to claim free money and they didn’t go through so clearly lots of bugs that need fixing.. graphics aren’t really doing it for me, more child like id say which has perks and downfalls so not bad but not good either. It’s a shame because I can see the progression of this game but it’s just not being progressed enough for my liking… also the buggies remind me of the Xbox zoo tycoon game so definitely some copying going on there… Really hope this gets pushed in the right direction to be honest. But I won’t be participating in the future content unless there are significant changes! Thank you I hope this helps x
