Zoomcar: Car rental for travel

These cheaters do not observe their own rules. You choose one car and one pick up point, they send another car to another point. If you want to cancel booking, still pay about total amount. Do not ever cooperate with them.

I have booked around 5 trips using this App in mumbai, and till now every trip has went smooth and seamless except a few inconveniences. I would recommend Zoomcar to anyone looking for a personal vehicle for a few days. Just endure you check ratings & reviews before proceeding with a vehicle. Once i got a manual Maruti instead of a Honda automatic which I had booked. One time the vehicle i had booked had not returned from previous trip so had to pay extra 7k! and had to take a cab to the new location. Other than that, pretty well put together App, and lovely hosts and cars if selected appropriately.

Very easy to use

Zoomcar is no less than fraud, pathetic service by customer care and fraudulent hosts everywhere. I will never use zoomcar in the future because of their pathetic poor service, shame in you zoomcar

Very poor service of this company they didn’t return my car from 1 year it’s been stucked in the some case on the time of booking very bad service

Extremely poor and loss making experience. Booked a car with Zoomcar yesterday evening and made full payment for a booking that started yesterday itself. The app still says document verification pending even though I have uploaded multiple versions of my documents in different angles all with full clarity. Still keeps saying image not clear. There is no one to speak with and the chatbot is not at all a bot - just replays recorded responses. Very frustrated and have lost 10,000 rupees with nowhere to raise a claim and complaint.

No customer support! Disputes are not resolved. Only way to communicate to support in app is via chat And they say a ticket has been created but no further details of the ticket. No resolution of the tickets or disputes. Only thing they want is your money!

This company does not process any refund that you pay towards toll and does not provide any contact details or emails address to interact with a human to resolve issues. The car I booked was not at the location where it supposed to be . Host was rude and said the car is now 10km away and I had to book taxi to get there. It’s been a month they still didn’t come back on my request and didn’t provided me with any contact number for a customer support. Please don’t book through this company who’s trying to save money on customer support

I would recommend not to use zoom car. For my genuine issue, zoom car didn’t resolve the issue and swallowed my INR 6340/-.
