It’s been six months I am facing the issue to get the repairs of my car AND THEY ARE JUST GOOD FOR NOTHING THE GUEST HAS TAKEN MY CAR AND MET AN ACCIDENT AND HE RAN AWAY AND MY CAR WAS TAKEN BY THE POLICE AND AFTER I HAD TO DO ALL EFFORTS TO RELEASE IT AFTER THAT I HAVE SEND IT TO SHREE SHYAM AUTOMOBILES WHICH IS LOCATED IN BUDVIHAR DELHI, THEY HAVE TIE UP WITH ZOOMCAR BUT AFTER KEEPING MY CAR FOR SIX MONTHS THEY ALSO RAISED THEIR HANDS THAT WE CANNOT DO ANYTHING U LIFT YOUR CAR FROM HERE AND FILE THE LEGAL CASE AGAINST ZOOMCAR. And lot more I am fed up with these pathetic irresponsible useless ZOOMCAR host services.

Challan from one of the guest, didnt get refund. App is very slow need to restart every time. App updation is very bad, shows incorrect rating in new app also. Repairing done by claiming personal car insurance, too much delay in repairing from authorised zoom garages, no customer care numbers. Over all very bad.

They have blocked my account because of few cancellations happened because their app issue. It was not my fault. The customer service is pathetic. If some damage happens in the car then they will ask to drop the car in some garage which is 50km far from the city and also the Garage people said Zoomcar has many pending payments with them. So basically you need to pay from your own pocket for the damages.

Hi, The app works great but there are some slight fixation to be done. I.e, if someone has booked the car for an particular date and if they cancel it, we are not able to get any other orders on that date, please fix this issue. Thank you

Recently one of the customers did accident of my brand new car and now from last 3 months of reporting i got no response from the Zoomcar and also they started deduction on my earnings too. Very bad no service from zoomcar now I don’t have any other options apart getting the issue fixed from side. Car not repaired even after 3 months which is very bad for host when there is any accident with host car and I’m genuine reviwer not the fake many booking got canceled just because host didn’t received the otp to start ride and cancellations was on head of host. Recommend host to not list the car because my tata nexon facelift backlight is broken and they are not repairing it. It’s costing me 15k approx and i earned 12k in zoomcar in last 20days when I started my car listing with zoomcar overall I’m in loss of more than 30k as my ppf coating is also damaged and that is not the part of coverage of zoomcar policy. So i came to earn on zoomcar host platform but i lost 30k money with extra headache of doing car ready for customers and allow them to do accidents, no customer care support number is there they can contact you but you can’t. They will play with you via mail only that too they will reply only when they think to reply raised many tickets but didn’t received Any positive updates from them. If you guys want to earn money think of different options. I’m already working on creating a car rental platform which is more friendly to both host and guest if anyone interested follow. I’ll let them feel the heat.
