The app constantly crashes or sends an error message and then doesn’t function. This happens on numerous IOS devices repeatedly. I have to reboot the device every time to get back the functionality.

The app is very convoluted. Even with a fully paid account you can’t access profiles properly and each time I go in there are different profiles that I know are not active that people have removed which in a travesty. I am surprised you haven’t been sued. The carousel is silly, it doesn’t give you the context of location.

Going on now a couple weeks paid for their subscription. They took my money I couldn’t receive or send messages so when I put in a complaint now, I can’t login to forget my password doesn’t work, but they somehow still got my money and refuse to refund it do not use these guys all focussed on is taking your money Not a good experience, I paid for this subscription. They took my money. I couldn’t see messages. I couldn’t send messages because it kept saying you need to subscribe then when I try to subscribe again, it said I already had a subscription also too I couldn’t see likes. Sent them several messages. They never did reply back and kept my money. Now I can’t even load the app it just kicks me out , still keep my money with no offer of refund. Ok it’s been a couple weeks still no response or fix still kept my money.

You are not giving a chance to msg for free it’s not good

Really disappointed with the app. It’s buggy, won’t correctly rerun saved searches without saving them again. And talk about paying through the nose! Guess nothing free in this life, but in this case it’s not even value for money! AVOID

Worst app possible You pay a subscription, then you pay for coins..it’s a total scam. Don’t waste your money here people. Apple should remove this scam

I feel like I am talking to A.Is. Women I’m interested in aren’t talking to me. It’s a waste of my money.

Signed up about a week ago. Can’t talk to anyone unless you pay. I just went to login and my account is deleted. So I’m guessing because I don’t subscribe they deleted my account. Half of the people are also fake. Go on POF it way better. I had an email from Zoosk to reset my password when I click the link, the page does not exist one of the worst if not the worst dating app I’ve ever been on.
