Would be even better if you add ability to open linked to google drive pdf.

Incredible functionality! A level of comfort in reading and annotation I could barely dream of. Just opened the app and fell in love. Simple log-in, instantaneous sync, powerful tools. UPD: It would be great to get a better handling of Latex equations and tables in the Reader mode. So far, equations are simply omitted and the tables break the text flow, which hampers reading a bit.

The ability to see a journal article in safari and share it to Zotero for me to read later is game changing. Zotero itself is a game changer for publication management and the fact that it is free is amazing. Thank you developers!

Truely a great app and service. Highly recommend to anyone doing research. My one frustration with the app, and particularly the pdf reader is the annotation tools are a bit clumsy - not as good as pdf readers, which is a real problem because this is ultimately what the app would be so good for! One problem is you have to select the tool (E.g the highlighter) and the colour separately. Very frustrating if you go between highlighter, which might be yellow, and the pen, which I really don’t want to be yellow. Long pressing a tool to assign a colour that persists with that tool would be much much easier. I also can’t find an erasing tool, which seems a real problem for annotating.

Very well implemented. thank you so much ! Zotero has become the best reference management system. I look forward to more features in the pdf viewer / annotating - such as table of contents, bookmarks, adding blank pages (to write more handwritten notes) or the ability to annotate the document in another pdf viewer (rather than a copy being exported).

Functionally superior to apple’s books app and files pdf reader. Does seem to frequently crash when I delete a highlight, but otherwise works quite well.

Since Elsevier ruined Mendeley and ditched their iOS app, the final straw being their more recent devolution to only supporting the very limited Mendeley Reference Manager for M1 MacBook, rather than the more useful Mendeley Desktop, I have recently turned to Zotero and taken the plunge to transfer my entire reference collection. Zotero seem to have improved in inverse proportion to Mendeley’s decline in usefulness and the icing on the cake is now I can even read papers on the couch on my iPad in comfort and even annotate and synch notes!! I have not used this app enough to be a constructive critic, but I am inspired to give it the thumbs up out of gratitude just to have it at last!
