I tried to make an account and I put my phone number in and I accidentally put the wrong number at the two digits logged back in, tried to put the correct phone number and it would not let me put the correct phone number. It said that that phone number already had a account even though the contact phone number was wrong.

Extremely long, wait times to book a ride. absolutely abysmal customer service. I have encountered several drivers that have sent me rude text messages and phone calls regarding pick up.

They have horrible customer service and they lie about calling you a driver I won’t ever use them again

I have used ZTrip exclusively in Albuquerque for the last three years. I have always had high praise for the service and the drivers until my last requested pick up. On June 11 I ordered a pick up for 5:15 am at my home for a 7:00 flight. At 5:30 am when my driver hadn’t shown up, I rechecked the app and received a message that they were still looking for a driver. I waited for 15 more minutes for my status to change. At that point I had to drive myself cutting it close for my flight. This was not the biggest disappointment but rather the $300 parking charge I had to pay because I didn’t have time to catch a shuttle from a remote lot at a lower price. Will be thinking hard before I use the service again.

Scheduled ride a day in advance, but it never came.

USAFA recommends this company for traveling to I-day. I booked my ride 3 days in advanced for 9:30 AM pick up. I wait until 9:40 and had to cancel. The app kept saying “finding available driver” I tried calling but got no help. I’m pretty sure this app does not schedule drivers and gives whatever is available at the moment of your pickup. So if it’s busy it doesn’t matter if you booked days in advanced. 👎

Drivers add money to the rate at the end trying to be sneaky

You might get lucky for someone to accept the ride, good luck. Uber is the way to go
