I’ve been following up for an claim which is approved by my insurance provider almost 10 days now and they don’t refund and promise call backs which are never received.. pathetic coordination between insurance and billing team.. They only focus on billing the customers and are least bothered to return the amount even after receiving the claim..

when i want to check the insurance approval status the apps crashes and close!

Already registered patient if cannot login every time password change Even phone number not matching wrong msg What a poor app zukekha made and frustrated everyone

Your app is useless! difficult to process the pre-registration despite several attempts and I can’t even track the insurance approval request.

This app is good for nothing. Waste of time

I have not seen any login and logout option in the app. Strange

Basic flaws. Adding any registered patent is so difficult. Most of the time does recognize its own PIN no. Doesn’t get sms msg for code on time. Can’t check lab reports for my dependent.

Very bad experience. Can give feedback also. First floor reception is very slow. Cashier on first floor needs training.

Hospital Administration service is too bad

You can access your reports or log in without IT support calling hospital much easier
