I keep trying to redeem a stash prize, but every time I click the redeem button, it instantly takes me to reset my password. I even tried through the website, although I was informed that Stash Prizes can only be redeemed through the app. Same issue, a reset password email is sent every time.

I had an account for years, I try to log in. It comes up with “street is required. Enter and try again.” Iits been months since I last tried logging on here, and it still has the same bug issue when I have put all the information it needs. FIX THE APP ALREADY!!!!!!!

Not letting me sign in

The app feels useless. I cannot redeem points with it and there isn't much of a point to shopping on the app. I have had the app for about a year now and still the same issues. Isn't that lame? Seems like Zumiez doesn't even care either. What's the point of using money and resources to maintain an app and the Stash if it doesn't even work.

Everytime I open the app, I need to re-enter my address and biography information. Just why??

I can’t log into the app it’s ask me to my name address then birthday on the next page and tell me there is a street error Please fix

Every time I log in it says “somethings wrong, Invalid employee sales code” I don’t know what to do to fix it either

You can't sign in. When you try to purchase item , is telling me process error. Even on the official website. So buggy and inconvenient,

I decide to start shopping at zumiz again and I know the emails correct but nothing works so I am sad and disappointed.

I’ve been using this app for a while, but now every time I try to log in it asks me to review my information and then says I still need to fill out my info when everything is already filled in🤔 I don’t know what happened but it won’t let me proceed past this screen or exit out of it so I just deleted it since I couldn’t use it anymore.
