Zurich ZIO Members App

No point downloading, it doesn’t Work. I thought developers might have corrected but they left it seems.

Useless

As I joined newly with zio and make credentials for website, but I tried to login with application it’s not working for individuals, if you are developing app for individuals it will be more convenient and easier for the review and to make sure about the happenings.. app is more appreciable than website

The Zurich Zio app is not working for private individuals. It is more ideal if also individual policy holder can utilize this app so that thete is no need to use the website. App is better and more convenient to use. Individual policy holders have the right to use easy access application and can choose what is more convenient to us. I hope you can resolve this matter.

I can’t login with my credentials. Once I type my credentials I get error message “Your device credentials are not valid”. Credentials are correct as they work fine when I login via website.

Works smoothly and has the info I need. Only thing I would like is an ability to switch between multiple accounts, as it can currently only allow access to one.

It is so quick and easy to see the status of your policy with this app.

Nice interface and easy to use. This will make me check my values more often, as I don’t have to remember my passwords. Will be good to see the ability to do more in future - change funds etc.

The app is great to keep an eye on my pension and see contributions and valuation of my holdings. Look forward to future developments!

Great to be able to access my valuation and other info easily. Simple and effective layout. Will be good to see the features develop over time
