The last few times the app payment has not worked, recently even after prepayment, which then required calling the head office to make the payment with no apology.

Came quickly and was a lovey driver. Was so nice.

Terrible low quality app that is basically unusable. Can’t believe it has not been replaced yet. Makes using this company impossible, have had to move to other taxi companies in Oxford unless no other option.

Tried to book online this morning 15/7/24. Firstly the Auto position of my home was completely in the wrong place/road..however is proximate. Secondly unable to book for a time later in the day as it automatically assumed I wanted it now at the time of booking. Having used this company before service always good with good communication. Last time encouraged to use the App. So on that advice here we are….Back to using the phone then or change of company unless the App is sorted out.

I wouldn’t be leaving this review if they atleast gave me a refund. 26 pound to get delayed over an hour and then have the driver call me and cancel it without explanation. Still havnt got my money back

Fantastic service would definitely recommend

I book a taxi to Heathrow from Oxford thru the app and it said the ride was confirmed, but when I checked near to the due time the booking had disappeared. This had happened before on a local trip too, so there is definitely a bug. Better to phone them or use another taxi service.
