喺1823落咗個case，佢淨係同我講叫我搵返嗰個部門落返呢個case，完全反映咗政府部門之間嘅互相卸膊。只係換咗個模式，而喺個app入邊話俾我知。既然個能夠直接contact唔同嘅部門，咁1823要來做乜？
