The very best
For awhile I used the one now called 1Blocker Legacy and I was happy with it until I found this one and upgraded, its not much difference but it does allow you to customize a little more :) recommend both.

I loved the first 1Blocker to bits but this version is even better. The number of built in rules for blocking ads and various seedy content is incredible. I kinda wish there was a way to make it harder for yourself to disable the block (I’ve more than once had the urge to binge scroll Reddit and will just flick the blocker off with ease) but I think that might be more appropriately directed towards Apple, and the current set of features in iOS and Safari. Though I’m not too hopeful that they’ll ever add some sort of “protect yourself from yourself” mode...
Effective and easy to use.

I spend a fair amount of time locating information and summarizing data from sources across the web. When searching, it’s not unusual to encounter ads or other items (comments, etc.) that can substantially slow my access to information and hinder my ability to complete projects in a timely manner. 1Blocker has been a key factor in reducing ads and other interruptions so I can work more efficiently and effectively complete tasks. At every turn, 1Blocker is the way to go.
Something changed and now it’s no longer blocking ads in Google News, where I most frequently use it.
I’ve been using it for a couple years and paying $15 for the premium each year which is a very fair price. Thank you for this offer and I love the new design update for 2025.
1Blocker seemingly does a decent job on blocking trackers. I will continue to use the app.
new and improved just pay for all the new extensions. no problem right?
Singificantly improves privacy, aids some sites and apps to load faster, and is easily configurable. Ive tried half a dozen ad blockers and not one has been equally as effective as 1blocker. Excellent work! My only complaint is that the app requires Cell phone access if you wan to use other apps that need cellular data. On the one hand, it can be a nuisance to flip it on and off, on the other it can serve as a guard against apps using your cellular data unexpectedly. Edit: The latest update (Jan 2025) forgot to include the disable shields button, bring it back! Edit 2: Developer response was ok. The disable Firewall button relocation is still irritating that it has been moved. I need a quick way to toggle it when websites or apps dont work properly. Edit 3: Developer response raised that firewall toggling is available through Shortcuts. While this may work in some instances, people that choose not to use Shortcuts (ahem) don't have an easy way to toggle the firewall as in previous versions. All I'm asking for is that in-app toggle restored, please. If not, can it be a custom Control Center feature?
