起動してもデータが見れない
長年愛用していたところ、急にFace iDが機能しなくなり、マスターパスワードを入力してもロック解除できなくなりました（マスターパスワードに間違いないことは別デバイスで確認済み）。 パスワード管理を頼り切っていたので、非常に困っています。。。 解決できなければ、乗り換えしかないですね。

同期もスムーズに、できるし、わかりやすく、無料ですし、安心して、使えます。
使いにくさ満載
同じWebサイトのパスワードを更新すると、それをズラズラとリストとして表示し続けたり、 ちょっとパスワードなどを更新しようとするとアプリがだらだらと立ち上がるなど、 随所に小さなストレスを散りばめてくる。 やっと良さげな 別のパスワード管理ツールが見つかったので、このストレスから解放されると思うととても嬉しいです。
