1st Source Bank Mobile Banking

I love this bank very easy 🧡🧡🧡

Tried to go local as opposed to doing business with a bigger national bank and couldn’t regret it more! They flashed my account for fraud in 2022 and can’t specifically answer as to why so I’m unable to do any bank to bank or wire transfers. Save yourself the time and bank somewhere else!!!

We had our identities stolen about a week ago (we had them stolen in January as well. Just got our new cards last month and they were stolen again. We don’t shop online besides amazon). Have made several calls to get a stop payment and investigation to which they say they can’t stop. Once it’s posted they may be able to investigate. So we have to knowingly let them steal my hard earned money before they’ll do anything. Then MAYBE I’ll get my money back in a few months. We are pulling our money and going elsewhere. Not to mention their horrible fraud protections work hours are next to nothing. So when we catch an issue they’re already closed. And there is nothing you can do in the app to stop them from stealing my money. Times are way too hard to have to watch someone openly steal my hard earned money to a bank that shrugs and says oops sowwy 🤷🏼‍♂️

App either works perfectly and allows you to use Face ID to login or it just flat out doesn’t work at all. It’s just really frustrating when it doesn’t work but it’s not all bad relatively easy to use otherwise.

Easy to use, quick, responsive! Can deposit checks easily
