Jobs cancelled with 5 minutes notice even though booked hours or days in advance. Never had a job fulfilled at weekend evening , 2 early morning transfers were done perfectly from illeatas
Vor allem für Vorbestellungen (wenn man z.B. sehr früh morgens zum Flughafen muss) super. Fahrer sind immer 5 min vorher da und sehr zuverlässig.
Tried it a few times and it seemed to work fine. Then the demand for taxis increased (July) and the drivers started ignoring the orders. They would accept a ride while they still had a passenger. When dropping them off they would find someone else and cancel the booking you made. Or you make the booking hours in advance and 5 mins past the time you needed the taxi they would cancel. Forget it. ——— Olvídate del app. Malísimo. Haces una reserva horas antes de necesitar el taxi y a la hora que lo necesitas, te cancelan. O haces una reserva, te aceptan, pero en camino encuentran otro cliente y te cancelan. El problema no es que el app no funcione, ni que no contesten el teléfono. Es que no hay bastantes taxis en los meses de verano.
Wait,Wait,Wait...no Taxi.
Leider ignorieren die Fahrer die App. Unser zugewiesener Fahrer fuhr mit anderen Fahrgästen an uns vorbei und wir konnten auf der Map beobachten, wie er sie 30 km entfernt zum Flughafen brachte. Sinnlos.
