The taxis are very strict on the number of passengers but the app doesn't let you specify how many. So basically it only works for 4 passengers or less..

This developer need to fix the app as over 50% of times I use it it will not work. I wish I could recommend this app but I can’t. It needs a proper company to build this app and then it could be good. As it only works sometimes myself and others now use Bla Bla app. This is great.

No funciona

Doesn’t understand an email field, so I have to type my email in full. TWICE!! Doesn’t request my iPhone to store password WORST OF ALL MAKING IT USELESS!! Wants to send SMS to my UK number, I am not in UK and have a data only sim for the country I’m in! What sort of moron wrote this app??? No negative stats or I would have given it -10, absolute useless waste of my time

I’ve booked taxi and it showed up in a different place. I’ve asked their office (phone call) to contact a driver about it. After that driver canceled my booking and didn’t showed up at all. I wanted to give them another chance and made a booking in the morning for a evening pick up. Nobody accepted a booking and nobody showed up. Just imagine if You want to book them for airport transport they will not show up and You miss a flight. Unacceptable. I would leave a 0 star if I could.

App didn’t recognise my password. When I attempted to change the password nothing happened. So I can’t access the app!

We used the App to get a cab to pick us up from the supermarket it worked great. My only challenge was loading Credit Card data but everything else was grand. I would recommend. And indeed have. Friends have now downloaded it. Use it you won’t be sorry.

Unfortunately, the taxi is very quick to cancel. The area in Tenerife we are in is supposedly covered. But when we needed it, the booking was accepted and then cancelled inside 30 seconds or so. Not what you need when you're needing a taxi. Happened twice - deleted the app and hailed a passing taxi not long after. 1Taxi got in touch to say this was down to the local taxi company. About as unhelpful as could be. It's either a service or it's not - and it's not.

Not bad but Uber is better

I come to Albufeira 8-9 time every year and prefer to use the local taxis. This app is great. Drivers are always prompt, polite and have never let me down. Great service all round OBRIGADA 👏🏼
