It’s a really a good app. Doesn’t ask for any money. And you can customise it as you want in a harder way or easier. It’s been 4 days Ive been using this app and I believe if you keep control on your diet and follow the app for exercise definitely you will lose weight.

Amazing Home workout App, with great results👍
I made a purchase of a weekly plan. The payment was made but the app didn’t show that the subscription has been purchased. I have mailed the support multiple times but there is no response from there end. It’s so frustrating. Earlier I used the trial for 2-3 days, I liked the workouts, but the support system is pathetic.
A vast pool of exercises, deeply defined, modules crafted based on feedback. Explosive to comfortable.. Makes you stretch
