360 Smart Camera

All camera gone after relog. Old ver 8.3.0 or 8.4.0 still work fine. 14/9/24 issue fixed. All camera back online.

本来用的好好的结果更新了之后一直刷新不了 退出重新登录之后摄像头就用不了了一直网络异常……也不知道更新了个什么鬼本来好好的用了一两年了，结果反而突然不能用了真的贼麻烦

App isn’t work after update

I got trouble with setting my outdoor cameras. It keeps saying that I need to unbound my device from another email account so I can use but it’s a brand new cameras. There is no point to join un the fb group that the app suggested because people have the same problems and they don’t know how to solve it.

The product itself is okay, good quality image and night view is also fantastic; however the app is pretty bad, keep logging you out and you have to constantly re log in.

It can’t capture any face image . It can only record the glimpse of a moving object and finish recording before the moving object get closer . Keep asking you to buy their cloud recording .

I have invited my partner to log in. The send invite works (supposedly) as it says invite sent with a wait to accept. Yet nothing had been received by the other phone. I have done this about five times now and nothing. I may as well give up and rate this poorly.

If you are going to market this to English speaking people, please do not send email link to activate written in Chinese characters!
