360 Smart Camera

After the latest update we lost the doorbell settings icon! I can not make any change in my 360 video doorbell. Please fix this asap.

In just one day the battery has gone from 100% to 63%! I don’t have time to charge the doorbell every 3rd day! Even with all the nice functions turned off, the battery is still draining! Sadly support is non existent, therefore I still don’t have a solution. I miss my Ring Doorbell!

Trying to set up the camera is fine but it tells me my cameras are already connected to another account and I must unconnected them then connect to my account. I have no idea who this other account is. I am now unable to use my 4 cameras. Please help my solve this issue. I have no waxing of knowing or contacting the account so it’s probably best if I could do a factory reset for it.

Why every week do you need to sign in with username and password. Fix this please it should remember my details

I found it tricky to install but once up and running the camera works great. Very clear picture and I like the fact that you don’t need to pay for an iCloud subscription to view footage ( I’ve installed a 64GB card also just in case). A recent software upgrade froze me out of the camera and I couldn’t reconnect until I rebooted our router which got me back in fine. I’ve just bought their outdoor CCTV camera which, apparently, connects to the same app so I’ll see how I get on! Both items are cheap to buy and at least as good as better known options like Ring and that other one..🤔!

Good app most of the time, however since last update will only allow you to view live image all other functions do not operate, as app says it can’t connect to camera and info option on the app says not connected to camera, but when you view live feed it works. I have switched everything off and on and reinstalled app but it still does not work correctly Please fix,.

Please update the app as I keep being logged out. I tried to log in and keeps saying "network exception".I don't want to regret buying the doorbell be it beneficial for me deafness.

Keep asking me signing back! Then I could not be able signing saying network exception ! So sad !used to be good ! Please kindly fix this as soon possible! Thanks
