No notifications for bot activity, bad user experience, no graph for bot performance monitoring. Previous app worked so well. 3commas subscription plans are now even more expensive. Very disappointed about this whole change. 👎

The app has major bugs but was released and imposed to replace the old one. It does not show BOT list in iOS and deals are not ordered as you configure them. The new app has lost a key feature versus the old one such as showing each entry price of base order and safety orders in a scale which was very convenient and represented a perfect dashboard. Additionally, the old app has been blocked so you are obliged to move to this new, useless version. This is an awful upgrade approach by the team that completely fails their objective to provide “a desktop experience” to users.
This app hasn't been new for years so why does it have to say this in the icon!

I purchased a bot and it was trading for 1 to 2 cents a day with $210 dollars in the account and made little to no profit. In 3 days the total profit was +0.06 cents. After paying $497 and investing another $210 into the account i would expect better especially from what was advertised. Long story short i contacted the support team they ANSWERED but did not resolve any problems whatsoever they just told me to put in more funds to compensate for the bot. Im calling scam! Unless you have an absolute boat load of cash to invest into this i dont see how it could be beneficial to anyone trying to pay bills. Waste of time and money and that guaranteed money back is a lie i got ghosted when requsting a refund.

The app needs a serious upgrade compared to the website. It's frustrating! Here's why: Scouting history is a nightmare. I can't sort anything, meaning I'd have to scroll for decades to find old bot records. That's ridiculous! The profit calculations don't add up. My trading gains/losses should be clear and separate from overall market fluctuations. It's confusing as it is. Editing bots on the app is a joke. Where are all the options from the website? It feels like I can hardly customize anything. This app has so much potential, but it needs work. Please invest in improvements – it'll make your users (like me!) much happier.
3Commas is a awesome site to use. For a first time user and all the videos on how to setup a bot in any category is amazing. Working on getting some passive income for retirement. Thanks 3Commas
