500 Cars is a leading provider of Taxi and Private Hire passenger car services across Reading, London and the Home Counties, with over 30 years’ experience.
Using our app you can:
• Get a Quote for your journey
• Make a booking
• Add multiple pick-ups (vias) to your booking
• Choose the vehicle type, Saloon, Mini Bus
• Edit a booking
• Check the status of your booking
• Cancel a booking
• Book a return trip
• Track your booked vehicle on a map
• See an ETA for your booking
• See a picture of your driver
• See all “Available” cars near you
• See all “Soon to Clear” cars near you
• Manage your previous bookings
• Manage your favourite addresses
• Pay by Cash or debit/credit card and Account
• Have a message automatically sent to a “Buddy” (Friend) when your car arrives so they can track where you are.
• While you’re in the vehicle, trigger a “Track Me” message to a contact so you can feel secure in the knowledge they know where you are.
• Receive an email confirmation on each booking
• Receive a Text-Back alert on arrival of your vehicle
• Connect with us on Twitter and Facebook
Setting up is easy, simply enter your name, phone number and email address to register. If you wish to register debit/credit card details you can do so, allowing you to complete a journey without paying cash to the driver (Account customers will need to contact the accounts to be set up)

500 Cars is a privately owned company who have operated in the private hire industry for over 35 years and in this time have built a reputation for consistently providing high standards of service and quality. We have recently implemented our environmental policy and programme in place across our business.
Our experience together with passion for excellence, technology and people enables us to deliver an unparalleled level of service to our customers. We have made considerable investments in technology which means we can offer customers the choice of booking Online or by phone, send customers SMS text messages advising the arrival of your car and provide detailed reporting.
All of 500 Cars drivers are licensed and vetted by the local authority and are required to undergo a test of their knowledge before being licensed. In addition all drivers are trained in the use of our computer system and customer`s service expectations by our in-house trainers. Our drivers consistently deliver to individuals, groups, companies, and to anyone requiring a reliable service. We can carry up to 8 passengers in comfort and safety
