Worst costumer care service

When we talk costumer care they are taking too much time around 40-50 minutes but still not problem not solved. Too much charges deduction.

Very difficult to use this aap

Why the developer is not doing regular updates for this aap ..? Always it’s hang while using. The login method is also too bad .
