Pathetic App

My order is not getting modified or canceled. Reported earlier but no action

App & customer service

5Paisa has best app & its interface. Friendly to use. Customer care is prompt and has ears to understand to your queries. Neelam has good customer care skills sets and is helping to resolve the Mutual fund segment. As a suggestion, any transfer of stock from other brokers, 5Paisa should help to reflect the original price of buying and not the closing price of script on transfer date. This important to enhance the customer base.

Worst trading platform

This is without doubt the worst trading platform with the worst interface. I tried to close my account and they are not closing it either. Stay far far away from this broker!!!

First of all… do the user friendly interference Then compete in market please…. Worst app

Do Not Use this App

Absolutely bad experience with the app and web portal. Very slow and doesn’t let me sell stocks despite CDSL verification. Try any other app for trading but not this.
