You stole over 5000 points from me that I was saving up for and now there all gone because of you “expiry” feature and now I have nothing

They have the deals written on the items for mobile orders but you don’t get the deal by ordering the item it’s written on. Very misleading! I tried to get wings and wedges ended up with just wings the store could not fix my order and I would have had to pay over 3x the price for my wedges

Unfortunately can’t give ZERO RATING. Downloaded app and tried many times to engage. Impossible, all you get is reject responses. Called support and no response, not even computer reply’s. First time I give ZERO RATING to anything. From reading Reviews, if I get one, will just be bogus stalls. I use to like seven-eleven…..now it’s time to go to Wal-mart more often.

I had some bad experiences when the system was shut down and I couldn’t get my points. Once I paid $60 for gas and got not points!

Have purchased alcohol, since Ford has Ontario 7-11 selling booze, at least a dozen times but am unable to get your app to verify my driver’s license for age restricted products. Am not getting the loyalty point advantage because every time I upload driver’s license identification it becomes pending and then a day alter reverts back to verify AGAIN‼️ This has been happening since 2015 but didn’t care back then because drove to nearest liquor store. Now, the 7-11 being steps from my home, makes liquor purchases most convenient. Why hasn’t anyone whom I contacted been able to fix this? I am 70 years of age.

I think it’s time to delete this app. Points are deleted after 3 months of none use. This is not very costumer friendly. A lot of other similar programs expire in 12-18 months. Had over $10 worth of credit saved up. Didn’t use the app for 3 months and it’s all gone. I get too many push notifications all about deals but can’t send one to let me know if points expiring?? They say they send an email, must have gone to my junk cause i never saw it.

UPDATE tried to bug a drink in the app with Apple Pay, says it is declined yet the two cards work. What an absolute joke. What junk is this??? Shows the place I am and can’t find a store. First page a spinning wheel. Incredibly bad. Long ago the app worked! ****And Support, there is NO Settings, General lol**** New version. Worked for an hour!!! Then spinning wheel, can’t search for locations, cant see any deals, pages all blank except the sub menu with account details. **Still broken where parts of the app just stay blank. Flaky junk. UPDATE Now the app is TOTALLY broken on two or more of my phones. It doesn’t show any details when I open it, a blank screen. And reload page says error despite having the location and when I manually try to select one, it doesn’t show me any! Yet shows the map. It’s far worse. And my data connection is good. Wow, and they don’t care. HULLO? mcFly? Still broken! Can’t use it and losing rewards etc. (and customer service is a joke) Update New version sucks more. One phone just shows blank and no details. Another phone the fleas page goes blank. These app releases get worse as time goes, now completely in functional. Now to find deals you have to go through each category. It was slow enough already, this is too frustratingly slow now. Someone wasn’t thinking. The still have banner promos now hidden under categories. Click on the weekend deal banner and.... you get some flyer without the weekend deals and deals missing. Have to hunt for them. Then it says, go to the coupon section for offers, I don’t see a coupon thing anymore. Really dropped the value and functionality . There is some ghostbusters promo for a while now, yet no info about it at all. They are supposed to be promoting it as they get paid to, yet this promo is crappy, no idea what to do with it for the past couple months. Really lame. Hope the owners of ghostbusters find out and take it out on Sev. Updated sure, way convoluted to find deals now. Earned some deals and then they were gone and then they were back and now they are gone. How painful this has become. Love some of the points and free stuff and mild entertainment, the time wasted trying to look at deals, find out where they are now, and just ridiculous click through so many things is frustrating and time wasting. Not so interested now. Where are the deals I earned that you give and take and what the heck icon are they u set this week? WT...
