A bemelegítő után jó lenne, ha a feladat képe megjelenne 5 másodpercre, hogy lássam, mit kell csinálni. Mire beállok a feladathoz, a fele idő lemegy. Illetve jó lenne, ha az edzés statisztikáit nem csak összegezve, hanem napi szintre lebontva is vissza lehetne nézni. Egyébkén nagyon jó az app, én ezt használom mindig! Nem ugrabugrálós, egyszerű, de hatásos. Jó lenne még, ha a zenét le lehetne kapcsolni, hogy a saját zenémre edzhessek, de halljam a visszaszámlálást.

Just started

Great app for people who are familiar with form. App does illustrate all exercises for beginners as well, so there is opportunity for anyone who has never ever worked out before. Absolutely love the type of exercises per 7-8 min session. A must have for busy people who just don’t have the time or desire to get to a gym!

Work hard

Just getting into some lightweight exercise and this app is great!

I opened this and it shows me nothing but pictures of a butt. Where are the exercises? Please cancel this as I can’t understand how this is supposed to help me.
