What a joke!
“In app purchases” means before you can open any of their routines that you need to sign up for a plan…. Don’t waste time or money!

I had to pay for the plan thing so dumd new using it again.

Amazing workouts!
Great app for people who are familiar with form. App does illustrate all exercises for beginners as well, so there is opportunity for anyone who has never ever worked out before. Absolutely love the type of exercises per 7-8 min session. A must have for busy people who just don’t have the time or desire to get to a gym!

I opened this and it shows me nothing but pictures of a butt. Where are the exercises? Please cancel this as I can’t understand how this is supposed to help me.
