I’m so grateful you made this app!!! I keep getting fit in small steps, I love the changing, not difficult exercises, I love the possibility of changing the times and adjusting what I need. Thanks to this app I’m on my way in setting the habit of everyday 15 mins of exercising. You think it’s not much? Try it, but everyday! I just keep getting more fit and in shape and simply love it! And I love your motivational quotes after every workout, and nice landscapes photos. Somebody, who made this app, great job!!! It’s so much easier to make workout every day with 7mins 🙏

Ma w sobie wszystko czego zwykły Kowalski może oczekiwać, fajnym dodatkiem byłoby, gdyby aplikacja była tłumaczona na polski.

Very entertaining workout. I like that it has music on all the time, very positive vibe. The way how to perform the exercise is displayed all the time. Also they let you know when you are half way there. Definitely recommend this app. One of the best fitness app I tried so far.

I cant put comma while writing my weight. Week chart is in lb scale while the others in kg scale (I use kg to write my weight)
