Not what I thought it would be suggest not wasting the £6.99 on it basically it is a calendar with a checklist and if you miss a day you get a none motivational abusive message. No diet suggestions, no exercise programs NOTHING so ask yourself what are you paying for. If you have self control in regard to what you eat and exercise this gives you no benefit whatsoever

Simple and straight to the point

I love this app because I don’t need to do too much. The easy navigation is the best for me. I’ve never been good with putting plans down in order without getting bored about it or running out of ideas to make it interesting. For just $6.99 once off, I’m an organised Secretary for my health in the whole duration of my challenge.

Would only be slightly worth it if free

Honestly, it’s just a checklist. Every single time I open the app it asks if I failed the previous day, and not to lie etc even though I fully ticked it off the day before. Just a buggy app, which is amusing seeing as it’s literally just like 5 boxes that you can tick. Better off just using notes on your phone or even a journal to track your progress

Not Stable Enough for a Paid App

I’ve been using this for a few weeks now and was initially miffed that this is essentially a check list with the ability to upload a daily photo. To add insult to injury even that doesn’t work now. The ability the load a photo does not work because of “server” issues. Which leads the app to think I’ve failed the challenge. I’d be better off with a piece of paper.

Good idea awful execution

Constantly wont open/ up load saying maintainamce or we know there’s a problem been like this since i downloaded it if anything it’s getting worse

Finally a tracker for night shift workers

I love this app for the simple fact that you can change “day ends” time. I don’t usually start work till 1400 and very rarely see my bed before 0300, so having the ability to change what time my days ends is a game changer. All other trackers I’ve used don’t have this so thank you so much!!!

Great App - highly recommend

Have listened to AF for a few years now and decided I must do this. I like a log to track progress and this app is great👌🏻 It’s day 7 and I’m all in 💯 The ability to upload progress photo into app with overlayed notes is really cool. I’m going to complete it and reach my goals. Would highly recommend. Thanks Andy 👍🏻
