Wording Fixes

kate mccourt on

I just downloaded this today and i think my issues line up with a lot of the others. i am a bit frustrated with the pricing, i spent $7 for what is basically a checklist and there aren’t any other features aside for a photo feature. i, like others, would love a water tracking feature but i have ready your comments about not wanting to clutter the app and while i don’t necessarily agree (especially because you say this is the ONLY app that i need and will get me there), i am willing to look past it MY BIGGEST ISSUE is that your wording is inconsistent. the page right before you open the checklist for the first time is WAY more flushed out! it says that you should do two 45 minute workouts, one which has to be out doors. but the checklist just says 1st workout and 2nd workout, i’d suggest changing it to “indoor” and “outdoor”, if that is an important element to the 75 Hard. similarly the intro pages specifies “10 pages of non-fiction reading, audio books don’t count” while the checklist just says “10 pages of reading”, if it’s important, make sure it’s on the page that we are seeing everyday! the last one is a personal one, i feel like “follow a diet” and “no cheat meals/alcohol” could be combined, i understand that it may help some folks but it feel redundant that 2 of the 7 tasks are basically the same this restated. maybe add in another feature that makes it worth the price point, like a randomly generated challenge to do everyday to push yourself, to “push yourself to do the hard stuff” TLDR: i’m going to use this app, i like checklists and reminders, but the app needs overall consistency with wording, and possibly another feature that makes it worth the price point

Not worth it

This app is just a checklist for if you completed each of the steps each day and it tries to bully you into storing your progress photos in the app. If you don’t take the photo with the app it questions if you really even completed the day. If you’re going to make us pay for the app at least have a more detailed checklist so you can track indoor and outdoor workouts, what kind of workout, a water intake tracker, diet tracker, even a motivational quote! I can make this checklist in my notes app for free.

App is horrible and quit pushing supplements

Wasteful spending 123 on

What a waste of money this app is. A simple excel spreadsheet is better. My 10 year old could have developed this app. Waste of money and literally makes it tough to be excited when the app is weak and supplements are pushed on you as much as they are. No videos, instructions, support on the app. What a joke

I’m on my second day but for some reason it won’t move. I’m just going to use an excel worksheet this is not worth the $7.

Love the concept!

I started this program on 1/1/24 to support my daughter and it’s the first time I’ve tried it. I never considered myself a person who made excuses, but starting this program highlighted that I do when things become inconvenient, and also highlighted other things like time management. I’ve realized how much time I waste in the day even though I’m a pretty busy person. I love that this is applicable for everyone. The outdoor workout no matter what though……! Thank you for creating this!

Great tool!

Love this app, but mine is saying I failed every time I open the app even though I am marking everything off before the end of day and opening it multiple times a day! I hope someone can fix it for me.

App is a must to stay on track

It’s nice to have a place to check stuff off as you go. Also the fact your daily pics go into the app will be a plus to look back on. Notes feature is good as well. Not a lot of bells and whistles but it also keeps it clean from clutter.

Checklist

Would like to see improvements in tracking throughout the day. E.g. ability to log water intake throughout the day versus just a check box, Ability to log workout activity, meals, what boox is being read. Possibly a weight/Body fat input as an option. Would be good to have ability to add additional tasks/habits to enable tracking beyond the 75 days. I find myself using Habit Tracker app in conjunction with the 75 Hard App to track progress.
