99 Restaurants

Something is wrong with the app and has been so for at least a year now. You put all correct info in and no matter what you do it says something is missing when there isnt. The restaurant has reported many people commenting that it doesnt work.

Worst app, get all the way to check out and it freezes and goes white.

Love the 99 restaurant and the food is great. The app doesn’t work when it comes time to finalize the order and says I have to put in more information even though all relevant areas have been filled out. Same problem has been repeated several times. I always have to just call in the order instead.

I thought it was my restaurants fault but every time I am in the 99 and pull it up I get a message saying “invalid token” but now that I’m testing at home, it still says that. 2-3 years and I can’t remember a time when the app actually worked.

Ordered boneless buffalo wings on the app. Went to pick them up and even though there were no other cars in the parking lot still had to wait an additional 10 minutes before they brought out our food. When I got home I had a container with plain chicken tenders in it and a small container with some Franks Red Hot Sauce in it. In other words, make them yourself. When I called there customer service line I couldn’t even speak to anyone. The recording said leave your name, phone number and explanation of what happened and they would return my call in the order it was received, well I must be quite a ways down there list because it’s been over a week and no communication whatsoever, except of course to send me repeated solicitation of their catering service and what not. Because I obviously don’t matter to them I will be deleting their app and will never do business with them again and I will make it my mission to tell everyone I meet of their customer service. I might not get any satisfaction from the company but I will cost them future customers.

Have been coming to 99 for years. The food is awesome and when they have Lobster in the summer it’s so delicious an plentiful. Also so happy they started curbside service they are always are on time and the servers that come to the car are always pleasant the service is excellent. Let me just say “They never fail here @ 99”. KUDOS 99

Signing in to the app at the restaurant is spotty. Consistent messages about an error from server. Not the first time this has happened and it occurs when I am in the restaurant. I had no trouble signing in when I got home

When I try to pay it says error validating my basket. It’s getting frustrating and you guys are losing money so you might want to fix it.

I love the Nines! The app experience is really excellent until I go to order. I get kicked to the web ordering site that doesn’t let me do simple things like have a favorite location. I can’t tell you how much I hate having to zoom in on a map to try and find my Nines Every Single Time 🤬. It kind of ruins an otherwise great experience.
