9to5Mac Reviews

The notifications don’t work

bengratt on

France

I love the content but I don’t receive any notifications, despite activating them… And back when it was working a few months ago, all the notifications disappeared as soon as we click on one, which was annoying when you want to read multiple articles

Ads

vlvank on

France

Used to read it regularly Now you need to subscribe or else you only see ads, how disappointing for info you can find still for free elsewhere on the net

Night mode is broken

Cdubaldo on

France

No text when in night mode. Please fix!

Application réussie

Belle app très riche en information, very nice

Super

K9ORP on

France

Fantastic app for everything one could want.

Missing sharing options

Dofray on

France

Missing the ability to send articles via emails the way the website version allow. And it could be really good if both versions allow pre-recorded recipients.

Nearly Perfect

TomSupraboy on

France

Nothing particular to say about 9to5mac journalism. Always really good articles, analysis, avant-premiere news, etc. I'll give a fifth star when loading articles will be faster. This is too slow for now.

Good start

Veurlatonra on

France

I can only dearly welcome this app as I was getting tired of having to load the whole site for every article and it was getting on my nerve. However, it is slow to load content, much slower than any other news app. They need to fix this. The design is good, the principles of navigating through the sections is easy and I love the "reload" animation.

Killed app from limit rate

Chriis_M on

United States

You gotta be joking with this limited reading articles and after 3 I have to open in the browser. Literally barely open the app now. Just keep the ads in the app. Another thing opening the comments brings it up in safari. Like who thought this was an improvement. Was the app just abandoned?

Pretty good, some suggestions

RandomWalrus13 on

United States

The app is good for browsing articles but it is annoying to have to open my browser to view articles since I don’t subscribe. It would be nicer for everything to be in-app.
