Keep signing me out and won’t let me log back in. It’s like the app just refreshes itself to make me log in again.

Difficult to maneuver. Very little useful information. No way to actually talk to someone - only provide email addresses. Typical corporate garbage.

Refuses to acknowledge CORRECTLY ENTERED user name and password. Who’s kid at AAM received a big payout to develop this garbage app? You know you can do better than this - desktop login works perfectly. 🤡

This is the least user friendly or even accessible app I’ve ever encountered. I’m locked out of my account and every time I try to reset my password and it supposedly sends me a link to reset it, it just sends me back to the sign in page and tells me I’ve entered incorrect data and then locks me out for 5 minutes. This is of course what my HOA is using for payments, service requests, etc and it’s completely inaccessible. I’m sure it’s this way by design so that users are constantly unable to get things done in a timely fashion and HOAs can extort fees for residents being unable to access the site to get requested payments, info updates, etc done. Perfect for them and worthless for those that actually have to rely on it.

My HOA recently changed and i’m forced to used this app with my new HOA. I have used 3 different apps in the past, never had an issue setting up payment until now. Nothing works on this app

The app is slow and cumbersome to follow. I much rather pay through my online banking than opening this app.

This aap has lot of issue starting from setting up when you have multiple accounts or property listed. It does not provide any notifications for due payments etc. hope it will be improved a bit.

The presentation of the web in general is not quite friendly needs to be more clear and friendly

This app is just crap! Yet again, I’ve changed my password and received the email confirming that I was changed only for it to say that my login attempt failed.
