Glad it provides the basic info of usage. It would be so much better if it allowed custom notifications based on usage. This would be a great way to help people monitor usage and also an early detection system for leaks. For example, “notify me when over X gallons are used in a given day”.
Has not worked in 5 months.
Sending someone an email, and not a text message, 5-10 hours after a leak is detected is pretty much useless. The app updates every 5-12 hours for their service. It should update every 30 minutes. It should send a text instead of an email. When there is an emergency, do you send an email to the police?

A very user friendly app. Detected several leaks in my home which I was able to rectify immediately.
I have endlessly tried to log on to this app. My water company refers me back to the app when I call them for help, The app tells me to contact the water company. It's an endless loop .
Keeps us on top of any running toilets or hoses not completely turned off

I had a toilet running classified as a leak - software never notified nor documented a leak until 19 days after - Water carrier says residents need to use computer based program bc it’s more accurate, yet they never reached out and notified myself either - wouldn’t you think they generate weekly reports on high usage ? Long story short this program is worthless - just a tool for water companies to justify one’s existence.
