Great instructions, great encouragement
The app provides exactly what I was looking for — instructions and encouragement. The variety and music (my own or apptiv curated)ump keep it fun and interesting. Occasionally, the app jumps or act in a way I don’t expect, but usually those issues pass quickly and I’m back to my workout.

So many advertisements, false advertisements. The app is free to download, but it is not free to use what a scam do not download unless you want to pay.
Money
To download the app you don't have to pay money, but, after you download the app you can try the app for 7 days and then you need to pay. Seven in the 7 days trial you need to pay before "promise" money- it's like the app want to make sure you will join the aaptiv family later.
