I’m a Dubai Resident and I’m required to download the app and create an account. The hilarious part is where I am asked to enter an india mobile number. I tried my UAE number but the app is configured to accept only numbers from India. This app is required for every single international traveler to India. I believe many are facing the same issue as I am. Make please the app more friendly and accept mobile numbers from other countries.

I don’t have India number. How to register this app without India number???? Can anyone guide please.

Fails to login with generic login error

Expects a 10 digit mobile number whereas we only have 9 digits.

The app logs out before resolution of issue and we have to login several times before we get what we want. Also change from Aadhar to Passport takes very long and even after confirmation on SMS the downloaded certificate still shows aadhar number.

I am not able to open. Why?

The app is always slow. It is not properly working on IOS. When looking for slots, the search option does not come for districts. Using with cowin web site for bookings, after failed in this app. A continuous effort is required to make it user friendly Regards Jayakumar

Very poor interface. Unable to fetch schedule properly. Is it really the quality of app developed for iOs.

I had booked the appointment for my parents for vaccination and went to JSS hospital in Mysore and they told its not valid with them. What the hell was that, PM modi, I thought something could change with you, but your administration also took the same path of previous governance. The way you handle the pandemic is worst then Congress. How the authorities and hospital looting people is a big failure of your governance.
