It is recommended by the Indian government to use this app for travel to India but when I get started in the app it says my Spanish mobile phone number is not a mobile number so a complete waste of time. Also by going to app support it just say access denied. Totally useless.

I downloaded the App which was easy but despite entering my Mobile number several times (which is UK) the App failed to send a OTP.

Complete waste of time. You cannot register a UK phone as you’ll never receive the One Time Password. Stupid App.

Always getting generic error. This is worst experience. I have to catch a flight

You ask foreign travellers to register on the app but it only accepts India mobile numbers. I would say a pretty big fail…

This app has been plagued by bugs since the start. Now when logging in, mysteriously asks for another OTP even having been using for almost 2 years - and then doesn’t send one. This problem persists over multiple days, uninstall/reinstall and reboot combinations. GoI - please fix it!

people from international countries who will going to arrive in india will not able to access this app because of mob otp issue need to sort it out

I have been trying to update my vaccination status, but it doesn’t show up the main home screen. It says “Update your Vaccination status” when when I try to, it says it already up to date.

Travelling to India soon. Been asked to use this to Upload my vaccinations taken in UK. However it seems I can’t use my overseas mobile number . I don’t have a Indian Monile number . Any suggestions / thoughts as what I should do?

Trying to set this app up in the UK with a UK mobile phone number. Repeated attempts to get the OTP have failed, no sms have arrived. How to set this up outside India ?
