Blanked out previews with no support
I have emailed support but they don’t respond and fix the issues with their app. As you scroll down the page, some of the “preview” images of the videos are a faded out color instead of a proper image.
All I see just advertisement
I’ve been using the ABC 7 News app for a while now, and I appreciate the timely and accurate news coverage it provides. However, the amount of ads is overwhelming and significantly detracts from the user experience. It often feels like there are more ads than news articles, which is incredibly frustrating. I understand that ads are necessary to keep the app free, but the current frequency is excessive. Please consider reducing the number of ads or finding a better balance so users can enjoy the news content without constant interruptions.
Doesn’t Work
App no longer works even after updating and deleting / reinstalling. It takes you to a blue screen with no way to exit other than to close the app. App support directs to this broken app so there’s no way to report the issue. Very disappointing, especially considering we still get breaking news pop-ups that we can’t read.
Non stop ads
I downloaded this app 10 mins ago. Started live stream and it’s still playing ads!
Doesn’t work
This app no longer works. I’ve deleted it and downloaded again, but still won’t load. Hello KRON 4!
App Does Not Open
Been a long time user of this App. It would not open the other day. So o checked and see an update available. Did that, still not working. Deleted and reinstalled the App. Still not working.
