Fix you app. Please

This app keeps refreshing when Im in the Discover tab. Yet there’s no refresh the news. Additionally, under any tab in this app, there’s not much news and most of it is old reports. I’m going back to watching the local channel broadcast live on my antenna TV when I am home.

Always a couple of recent clickbait stories, all the rest recycled old headlines. Waste of time. And often the video doesn’t match the story title, just add after add or livestream drivel. Disappointing app.

Great reporting. App is rarely functional.

I watch daily. I really enjoy the morning show. Real people and love the intelligence of the news crew. I’m going to miss Kumasi. I love the three together. They blend so well. Represents the community in San Francisco.

I sincerely hope your programming issues resolve soon. I live in a part of Santa Clara County where reception has always been poor; DirecTV is my only source for abc content. Please keep yourselves safe from harm’s way. Robert of Morgan Hill California just below El Toro Mt.

I have emailed support but they don’t respond and fix the issues with their app. As you scroll down the page, some of the “preview” images of the videos are a faded out color instead of a proper image.

Every written article is politicized, whether warranted or not. It seems that the writers on their staff have the most boring, shallow, and unoriginal perspectives on any given story, which they convey through their high-school sophomore level of analysis and intrigue. I notice these aren’t written by the OG cast on the video segments, who actually do offer in-depth analysis or questions & research into stories and demonstrate a more well-rounded, everyday-people approach to these stories that represent larger issues or concerns in our community.

This is a video news platform where the videos do not play. Doesn’t that just make this a badly written, poorly formatted newspaper?
