Have their subscription works very well we use it for documenting dimensions on job sites. Upgraded to a new phone and hope that it gets updated for compatibility. Messaged developer and was told that the update was coming out soon and it has been fixed. Thank you.
Don’t buy if you have a new iPhone 16 model. On my iPhone 16 Pro Max it uses the telephoto lens and lidar isn’t found either, so it is completely unusable. On my old phone it worked fine, however I have a subscription that I pay for and now can’t use it anymore. I sent an email to the developer a month ago, but didn’t get any response. They need to update the software asap.
Can’t use the lidar on the iPad Pro to scan even though the support page says it’s supported. Support still hasn’t answered my ticket yet.
It worked well on iPhone 13 Pro, but when I upgraded to iPhone 16 Pro, LiDAR scanning no longer works, and for some reason it uses the telephoto lens instead of the wide camera.
This is a wonderful app. Works superbly and simply. But with my new IPhone 16 it won’t access the close up camera.?? Hopefully fixed soon
It has been updated to now work with iPhone 15 pro max.
Seems like it is finally compatible with newer devices.
Big fan in the beginning been subscribed for more than a year, but nothing gets fixed and the devs ignore my questions and concerns. The lidar function crashes the app. In the forums they mention an update, but the only update I see was 5 mo ago. I’m disappointed. The ui experience is off, the menus get cut off on some devices.. Honestly until they work on this app, I would recommend you use Polycam or another scanner. Don’t pay for a product with broken and missing parts. Sorry!
Just downloaded this app because of an online review and was disappointed that upon opening and selecting “lidar” a message pops up and tells me that I need a “pro” model iPhone or iPad such as iPhone 12 Pro…. This is an iPhone 15 ProMax … and it can’t make use of the lidar.
The photo option is super zoomed in and the LiDAR option gives an error saying the phone is not supported.
