app keeps mailfunctioning during promotional sales and high traffic

A special discount has been offered via the app in Croatia , as soon as the offer started, the app checkout system has failed and crashed , regardless of the numerous reattempts , the app keeps chrashing and as a result the items are being sold out simply because the App isnt able to handle the high level of traffic. This should have been expected with marketing advertising the sale in the entire country for days and days.... Very poorly executed by the tech team ...

Ansich super App… aber nach dem letzten Update funktioniert nichts mehr! :( Kann meine Bestellungen nicht mehr sehen und was ich auf meiner Liste habe was mir gefällt! Bitte beheben…

Unglaublich 🤬

Ich war seit über 10 Jahre Kunde bei About You. Aber das was mir bei einer Bestellung am 8.3.2024 erfahren ist, wird ein juristisches Nachspiel haben. Ich habe ein Paar Seakers und eine Badehose bestellt. Als der Postbote das Paket meiner Frau übergab, war sie gleich stutzig, da es sich anfühlte als ob nichts in dem Paket war. Als ich es auf machte, war in dem großen Paket nur die Badehose und nicht die Sneakers drin aber Lt. Lieferschein hätten die Sneakers dabei sein müssen. Ich habe telefonische den Kundendienst kontaktiert und man versprach mir eine Erstattung. Ca. 8 Wochen später kontaktierte ich den Kundendienst erneut und wollte fragen wo meine Erstattung bleibt. Mir wurde nur kurz mitgeteilt, dass ich keine Rückerstattung bekommen würde, da Lt. Hermes das Gewicht mit der Bestellung übereinstimmen würde. Was schlichtweg eine Lüge ist!!! Zumal Hermes eh der größte Laftladen ist! Wir hatten zum Glück an diesem Besuch die Zeugen waren von diesem Paket. Werde jetzt meine Rechtsschutzversicherung einschalten und juristisch gegen About You vorgehen. So geht man nicht mit treuen Kunden um 😤
