Nie wieder… Leute passt gut auf… die Adresse kann nicht geändert werden
Bin weit weg umgezogen und extra dann die Adresse in der auf neue geändert. Habe über Klarna bezahlt, und das erste Mal ist das passiert, dass die Bestellung auf alte Adresse aufgegeben wurde, da diese in Klarna war. (Bei anderen Online-Shops ist das nie passiert, nur bei diesem) Und ich kann meine Bestellung weder stornieren noch die Adresse ändern. Ich will bei denen prinzipiell nichts mehr wieder bestellen. Lösche die App.
App nicht auf dem iPad angepasst
Warum ist die App nicht für das iPad optimiert? Sie wird so angezeigt, als wäre man auf einem Handy. Könntet ihr bitte ein Update machen, damit man die App sowohl im Quer- als auch im Hochformat auf dem iPad nutzen kann?

Anmeldung über Benutzerkonto nicht möglich
NA-KD gefällt mir sehr, auch die App ist sehr gut gestaltet allerdings ist es mir nie möglich mich über mein Benutzerkonto anzumelden. Es kommt immer eine Fehlermeldung, das etwas schief gelaufen sei und ich soll es doch noch einmal probieren. Selten einmal klappt die Anmeldung und ich werde aber irgendwann wieder abgemeldet und habe das gleiche Problem wieder. Auch über Facebook oder Apple anmelden- klappt nicht. Es kommt immer die gleiche Fehlermeldung.
