It stole my SIB
I had bad experiences with the exchange fees in the past compared to other wallets this ones are so expensive. But the worst happened when they froze my SIB coins (I tried to get them out almost every day for months now) Customer Support simply told me that they send me an email (that could never found anywhere at all about discontinuing SIB. And they simply send the coins to themselves. It was in my transaction history. If that’s not a steal I don’t know what it is.
Many other wallets would simply credit you the coin before disappearing it …or send it to themselves! Huge BS. (I have proof of everything) Stay out of it. There is sooo much better out there
Lost my BTC funds!!
I transferred BTC from my wallet to Abra trade and they never showed up! The transaction is confirmed in the blockchain, however is not reflected in my wallet. I used to love the app, but this is a huge miss!!
Retiro en Mexico
Ingrese dinero, pero ya lo quiero retirar es en pesos mexicanos, no tengo banco en Estados Unidos ni mucho menos en filipinas, ya mandé la petición de que retire mi dinero en un banco mexicano!!!! Ayuda!!! Quiero retirar mi dinero!!
Cannot buy / withdraw fiat except US and Philippines
Unusable. Just a wallet in most countries and I do prefer hardware ones for safety reasons, not phone wallets. I was hoping you would be able to buy and withdraw using your credit / debit card accounts but you can’t.

It keeps saying it needs to update but there is no update at all.
Dont download this app!! It has a lot of bugs.
I think is unclear and confusing the wallet currency part since it is a fond instead of that currency.
