I had an issue on purchasing an XLM and I am sending an email to the support team but seems they just ignore my emails concerning I don't received my purchase tho simplex verified that successful payment was approve. I hope They will reply on my emails after writing this matter.

Took some time for your partner to approve my trade account..What’s happening? Could not even withdraw or send cryptos to another wallet. Been sending messages for many months and yet… I could have profited when the market was Bull but here Bear we are and my money is Abra-locked!! Oh yeah, am very disappointed!!!

I can’t transfer my money more than 2 weeks I send many email no body replay for me 😡

It was better and easy to use before. When they had the recent update, they require you to covert your crypto to your desired currency which is fine. But even after changing, you still can’t withdraw, worst is their support is not responding.

i like the apps very easy to use. thanks to the owner.
