Has a potential to be a good App but validations don’t work correctly. The form requires you to fill in a Beneficiary name without allowing you to do it. Pretty basic stuff. Fix it please.

Had issues with this app and I called and email Absa customer care . It take ages for them to read and respond to their customers email and when they respond and tell you they will call back again they never do.

I have 2 other banking apps and they are super user friendly. I can’t even register my details, much less log in to this ABSA app!!! I spent several hours trying and failing. I called their customer service department and was advised to choose the “forgotten password” option even though this is the first time I’ve installed the app and haven’t even set up a password yet. I tried that several times, still nothing worked. Long story short, app is useless!

This useless app has just refused to work many times when it’s really important to transact. It never works from 8pm and forget trying to do anything on Saturday mornings. You would think ABSA would invest a bit more effort to sort out the kinks or at least inform you ahead of time that the app won’t work so you don’t depend on it, but no they leave it as a surprise for you to find out. Maybe you should outsource your while IT/Projects unit to the other banks because they seem clearly have no idea what they’re doing. Appalling!!!

The app is great however there seems to be an issue with the technical stuff. Anytime i open my youtube page and i try to share a video on Whatsapp, ABSA mobile app opens instead. I feel there is a technical glitch which should be fixed. The app is better than the previous barclays bank app. I like the interface and user friendliness of it

It doesn’t work even though I input the correct data.

The app does not allow me to register my account even after correctly entering my information, I get a “customer not recognized” message. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is by far the worst banking app. Absa, please sit up and be serious; this is ridiculous. My frustration is too long to even narrate. I pay for premium banking and get mediocre service from this useless app

App is not working for iOS 18 After logging in all I have is white screen

When you want make a transaction and scroll down to Bank transfers, the application prevents you to scroll down. This problem has been there for sometime but not fixed. This problem renders the application useless for bank transfers.
