Crashes

When you want make a transaction and scroll down to Bank transfers, the application prevents you to scroll down. This problem has been there for sometime but not fixed. This problem renders the application useless for bank transfers.

Mediocre

The worst app on my phone. Works only 5% of the time. Never works when you need to use it. Terrible!

Otp

It takes such a long time before i receive the otp. It’s been three days and I haven’t been able to log in

Not able to access account from overseas

I haven’t been able to access my account since I left Ghana. When I try to log in I get a message that my account does not exist. I have tried several times but there has been no improvement. And there doesn’t seem to be a way to solve this problem, at least from my end.

Unable to access money transfer taps

Is very difficult to access the money transfer taps. This needs to be worked on.

Poor service

Unnecessary deduction, huge charges and moreover, they must improve their services, basic mobile app features with poor service. Too bad

No record to view details from

Anytime after the latest update I try to send money to any of my beneficiaries I get ‘ No record to view details from.’ This was never the case hence I’m now forced to use the banking website for my transactions! Please fix it or give a way around this issue. Thank you

Wish I go give a trillion negative stars

I only started using their banking service because I thought it was premium but boy was I wrong. I can’t reset my pw for a month now. I have called customer service and I always get the same message we forwarded your issue to our IT department. I can’t login to my account and just no help. I have written to their email multiple times but alas no answer. This service is just sh**t. I am so disappointed. I can’t wait to get back to Ghana and just end my banking with them. Horrible app, horrible customer service. Word of advice, maybe get people who actually know IT. This is so premative. I can roll my eyes enough 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄

Basic app

It is quite basic when compared to other banking apps. Unable to purchase treasury bills or even access your credit card statement. It needs more features to be relevant.
