I’ve been trying to get this to work for weeks. I’m not sure if it’s the product or the app or they both suck. I’ve been trying to connect it a 2.4ghz AP right next to the unit and it still fails to connect

App doesn’t work. Will not connect to the heat pump or wifi, do not recommend
IOS 16.1 broke it
I have been using this app for at least two years now with my Rinnai Airconditioners. On updating to IOS 16.1 the app broke. It will switch on and off but all the other functions do not work. Deleting and adding again does not fix the fault.
Doesn’t work with Aux heatpump
Could not get it to connect to our brand new heatpump either via smart method or via ap method

It don’t even works fully waste of time
App Updates
Isn’t actually too bad, however the App developers are useless with keeping the App up to date with the software on smartphones so it doesn’t work...
Wifi rarely works 😞
When we first brought our heatpump we were excited to be able to turn it on from our vehicle on the way home. It worked a couple of times but then failed. Reinstalling completely sometimes gets it to work once or twice again but it always ends up useless. Disappointed 😔
Difficult to use
DOES NOT WORK WITH iOS 13. In order to install it has do be done on iOS 12 or earlier.
