Can’t get it to work Changed wifi modem How do you change the settings to the new wifi

Avoid at all cost

For the price you pay it is absolutely not worth buying. I own many many wifi control devices so I am use to setting controllers up, I am also in the IT industry and this unit will be one of the most difficult things you will set up. My issue seems to be my WIFI is to strong. My modem is approximately 5m away I can only guess it’s flooding the unit. A friend of mine also has the same unit both connected to a Mitsubishi heat pump and he said the same thing NIGHTMARE!!

App function

Hi, Calendar function is not working from iPhone app or web interface. Fix it please.

So glitchy

Glitchy and not that useful

Doesn’t work with iOS17

@intesis - I have the new iPhone 15 and the app doesn’t work. I can’t get to my routines to change them, and can’t control the heat pump. Will you be releasing an update to fix this? Currently having to use my daughters older phone to update our routines and turn on the heat pump when away from home.

Connection issues

App is clunky and does not reliable connect to the heat pump. Would expect better for the price.

Not all features of the heat pump are available through the app

Could be better

Works sometimes, it does not control zones in a ducted system. No way to tell if connection is working unless you are close enough that you can just use your standard controller

Seems to crash all the time on my iPhone

Below expectations

Temperamental hardware associated with unintuitive software. Never again.
